Description
The SkyRay is Uvitron’s flagship all-in-one LED flood curing system, engineered for manufacturers moving away from arc lamp limitations. It delivers up to 800 watts of solid-state UV output from a single compact head with no external drivers, shutters, or cooling equipment required. Designed for fast deployment, the SkyRay connects directly to standard AC power and reaches curing-ready output in seconds.
The system produces uniform irradiance over a 5 x 5 inch area, suitable for high-speed curing of UV adhesives, inks, or coatings. Available wavelengths include 365, 385, 395, and 405 nm, allowing precise alignment with material absorption spectra. Output intensity is digitally adjustable in 1 percent increments from 10 to 100 percent, making it suitable for both sensitive chemistries and high-throughput applications.
A front-mounted LCD interface provides direct control over exposure time, output level, and status monitoring. Internal power regulation ensures consistent intensity regardless of fluctuations in line voltage. The SkyRay includes a variable-speed cooling fan and removable filter to manage internal temperature, reduce contamination risk, and extend the life of the LED array and electronics.
The enclosure includes integrated handles and a compact footprint for quick repositioning or fixed mounting. Password protection is available to lock critical settings in regulated environments. Multiple SkyRay units can be installed in parallel to scale coverage for larger substrates or multi-zone curing without the need for external synchronization or added control infrastructure.
Choose the lamp head only if integrating into an existing shielding or automated system. For operator-facing environments, select a configuration with the compatible curing chamber to ensure proper light containment and compliance with safety standards.
