Uvitron SkyRay

All-in-one LED flood curing system 

The SkyRay is Uvitron’s flagship LED flood curing system, designed for manufacturers ready to leave behind the limitations of arc lamps. It packs 800 watts of solid-state UV power into a single compact head with no need for external drivers, shutters, or cooling units. Mount it anywhere, plug it into AC power, and you’re curing within seconds.

The system covers a 5 by 5 inch area with high-intensity, evenly distributed UV output. Choose from 365, 385, 395, or 405 nanometer wavelengths to match your adhesive or coating chemistry. Intensity is adjustable from 10 to 100 percent, giving you the control needed for sensitive materials or high-speed throughput.

A built-in LCD interface makes it easy to program exposure time, monitor system status, and adjust output. The SkyRay also features onboard power regulation to ensure stable output even with fluctuations in line voltage. A variable-speed cooling fan with removable filter keeps internal temperatures in check, extending component life and maintaining consistent performance over time.

Password protection keeps your settings locked, and flush-mounted handles make the unit easy to move or reconfigure. Multiple SkyRay heads can be mounted side by side for larger-area curing applications without complex wiring or synchronization headaches.

Choose the lamp head only if you’re integrating into an existing setup or enclosure. Select a configuration with the curing chamber to ensure operator safety and a fully shielded curing environment.
