Profiling UV radiometer built for accuracy, speed, and flexibility. It measures from 5 milliwatts per square centimeter up to 40 watts per square centimeter with no need to switch ranges. It works across curing setups including conveyors, flood lamps, spot cures, ovens, fiber optics, 3D printers, pulsed UV, and LED sources.
The ILT800 is available in several spectral ranges. These options match the specific type of UV source you're using. For example, use CUV (215–350 nm) for germicidal or deep UV, BAV (275–475 nm) for broad-spectrum systems, UVA (315–390 nm) for mercury arc lamps, UV (250–400 nm) for general-purpose curing, or UVF (275–450 nm) which is the standard filter for most LED and lamp-based setups. Pick the range that best aligns with your light source to get the most accurate readings.
It samples 3000 times per second and can store up to 1000 profiles. Every reading logs irradiance, dose, time, temperature, calibration date, battery level, and more. The built-in display shows live data and lets you review current, stored, or previous runs. You can also program up to 20 system IDs to store baseline data for all your curing stations in one device. No extra tools needed. Just place it in the cure path and record. No filters. No manual range selection. It mounts in any direction and works with both pulsed and continuous light. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable.
