Description
The SkyBeam is a high-intensity LED spot curing system engineered for precision curing of UV adhesives, coatings, and resins. Delivering up to 14,000 mW/cm² at the tip, the SkyBeam supports fast cure times with minimal heat transfer to the workpiece, making it ideal for thermally sensitive substrates and components. Available in 365, 385, 395, and 405 nm wavelengths, the SkyBeam offers compatibility with a wide range of UV chemistries used in electronics, medical devices, optics, and industrial assembly.
Designed for both manual and automated workflows, the SkyBeam supports up to four independent LED light guides. Each channel features dedicated intensity control and exposure timing, allowing simultaneous or staggered curing across multiple parts. Light guides connect through a locking interface to ensure stable optical coupling and are built with high-flex, robot-compatible cables tested for motion applications. LED heads are user-replaceable and rated for long operating life, reducing maintenance downtime and operating costs.
The SkyBeam is controlled via front-panel interface or rear I/O, with TTL logic and RS232 connectivity for integration into PC-based systems, PLCs, or automated assembly lines. Built-in thermal sensors monitor internal temperature and automatically reduce drive current to prevent overheating, protecting the LEDs and extending the life of the light guides. A compact footprint and lightweight enclosure allow easy installation in space-constrained environments, whether mounted on a bench, inside an enclosure, or as part of a robotic platform.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Do not use, install, or discard the product or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
