Engineered and built in the USA by Uvitron International, it combines a compact, self-contained design with proven performance. Everything is housed in the lamp head. No external power boxes, no loose wiring, and no additional setup required. Just mount it, plug it in, and start curing.
The system uses a long-life 400 or 600W arc lamp paired with a precision parabolic reflector to produce consistent, high-intensity UV output across an 8 x 6 inch area. It supports UVA, UVB, and visible spectrum lamps, making it compatible with a wide range of adhesives, coatings, and other light-curable materials. The integrated shutter and programmable exposure controls give you precise timing and repeatability. Real-time system feedback is displayed on an onboard LCD screen, and the built-in UV Power-Plus driver keeps output stable regardless of voltage fluctuations.
Available with or without a light-shielded curing chamber, the IntelliRay is suited for standalone use or as part of a larger production setup. The optional chamber includes a door interlock and adjustable-height tray for safe, repeatable operation. Every unit ships from the USA and is backed by a two-year warranty from the original manufacturer.
Choose the lamp head only if you’re integrating into an existing setup or enclosure. Select a configuration with the curing chamber to ensure operator safety and a fully shielded curing environment. The 600W version offers higher intensity for faster curing or more demanding applications.

All SpotCraft UV orders ship free within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international addresses. All sales are final. Because we sell highly specialized equipment, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, and the item itself. Do not use, install, or discard the product or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. All returns must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
