MicroCure Sensor and Data Reader

Description

The sensor goes into your curing environment, records total UV energy and peak irradiance, then the reader pulls that data and displays the results. No cables, no extra setup, just accurate readings in tight spaces.

The sensor is tiny. About 1.3 by 0.95 by 0.25 inches. It weighs a third of an ounce. It fits inside bottles, cans, three-dimensional objects, and small conveyors where other radiometers can't go. It runs automatically, samples 2000 times per second, and holds up under high heat. Built for UV systems that demand precision and can't spare the space.

Reads total energy in joules per square centimeter and peak intensity in watts per square centimeter. Used across industries for small part bonding, semiconductor curing, web printing, and any application where space and accuracy both matter. Battery powered. Automatic. No manual input needed. You place it, it runs, and the data is ready when you are. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable.

SpotCraft FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due in full at checkout. You'll receive an instant order confirmation by email, and tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

How will my order ship?

All SpotCraft UV orders ship free within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international addresses. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, though special-order items may take longer. Some products ship in multiple boxes or from separate locations. We always recommend reaching out before ordering to confirm current lead time.

Do you offer any cashback or rewards?

Yes. Every order earns 3% store cashback, automatically issued to your account 14 days after purchase. You can log in anytime to view your cashback balance, which expires after 90 days. It works like cash. At checkout, you'll see a checkbox to apply any available cashback to your next order. For example, if you spend $1000, you will receive $30 in cashback rewards to your account.

Is this system compatible with my application?

You are responsible for confirming that the equipment matches your materials, curing requirements, and technical setup. This includes verifying voltage, wavelength, curing area, part geometry, and system capabilities. If you are unsure, contact us before placing an order. We will provide accurate guidance based on the specifications you provide.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. Because we sell highly specialized equipment, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind. Every order is processed quickly and often built to order, which helps us keep pricing competitive. Please make sure the system fits your application before purchasing. If you’re unsure about compatibility, voltage, wavelength, or lead time, contact us first, we're happy to help.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, and the item itself. Do not use, install, or discard the product or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. All returns must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
