We carry EIT radiometers because they’re the industry standard for measuring UV output accurately. Built for production, not lab benches. They’re durable, easy to use, and give you real data you can trust.
The sensor goes into your curing environment, records total UV energy and peak irradiance, then the reader pulls that data and displays the results. No cables, no extra setup, just accurate readings in tight spaces. The sensor is tiny. About 1.3 by 0.95 by 0.25 inches. It weighs a third of an ounce. It fits inside bottles, cans, three-dimensional objects, and small conveyors where other radiometers can't go. It runs automatically, samples 2000 times per second, and holds up under high heat. Built for UV systems that demand precision and can't spare the space. Reads total energy in joules per square centimeter and peak intensity in watts per square centimeter. Used across industries for small part bonding, semiconductor curing, web printing, and any application where space and accuracy both matter. Battery powered. Automatic. No manual input needed. You place it, it runs, and the data is ready when you are. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable. Four-channel radiometer that gives you a full picture of your UV curing environment in one pass. It measures UVA, UVB, UVC, and UVV simultaneously and shows total UV dosage and peak intensity for each on the built-in display. You’ll use it to verify lamp performance, compare curing systems, spot shifts in doped lamp output, and track changes over time. It’s built for curing inks, adhesives, solder masks, and epoxies. Not intended for web press applications. This model is the standard display-only version. It does not transfer data to a PC. The display scrolls through the readings for each UV range directly on the device. No extra software, no exports. Just straight-up numbers when and where you need them. Power range must be selected at the time of order. Available in high, mid, or low power configurations. High: UVA, UVB, UVV 100 to 10,000 mW/cm², UVC 10 to 1,000Mid: UVA, UVB, UVV 10 to 1,000, UVC 1 to 100Low: All bands 1 to 100 Comes with a carry case. Runs on batteries. Built for industrial use. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable. Weight: 3 lbs Power Puck II Radiometer Brochure
$4,650.00
A compact and portable radiometer designed to measure UV intensity in spot curing systems. It’s the standard for establishing, validating, and verifying small-area UV curing performance. Use it in production to monitor lamp output, check light guide condition, optimize positioning, and maintain consistent curing results. No cords, no connectors, no hassle. This is a self-contained, electro-optic instrument powered by a long-life battery that supports over 100,000 readings. The cylindrical body fits comfortably in one hand, and the built-in optics are located at the head of the unit. Light guide adapters snap into place and are available to fit most sizes. Three adapters are included with each unit. Measurement is instant and straightforward. Place the light guide in the adapter, activate your UV source, and get immediate intensity feedback. Perfect for routine QC checks, new system evaluations, and ongoing process monitoring. Two versions available. Standard range supports up to 20 watts per square centimeter. Extended range supports up to 100. Both versions come with a protective carry case. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable. $1,240.00 - $1,380.00
This is the tool for measuring UV intensity and energy during curing. It reads both peak UV in watts per square centimeter and total UV dosage in joules per square centimeter. It's made for curing inks, adhesives, solder masks, and epoxies. Not meant for web press setups. Each unit is single-channel. You choose UVA, UVB, UVC, or UVV when ordering. Comes with a carry case and calibration cert. You’ll use this to track lamp output, compare curing systems, troubleshoot curing issues, and verify process consistency. The display shows real-time numbers and a curve of irradiance over time. You can store a reference run for quick comparison later. There's a toggle to switch between graph and reference view. Smooth sample modes adjust how often data is collected, with faster settings detecting AC cycling from the power supply. Profiler versions can export data to EIT software but must be ordered that way from the start. You can order in high, mid, or low power ranges depending on your UV source. High covers 100 to 10,000 mW per square centimeter. Mid covers 10 to 1,000. Low is 1 to 100. The spectral band options are UVA at 320 to 390 nanometers, UVB at 280 to 320, UVC at 250 to 260, and UVV at 395 to 445. All units have cosine spatial response and operate up to 75 degrees Celsius internally. The whole thing runs on two AAA batteries and lasts about 20 hours. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable. Weight: 3 lbs UVICure Plus II Radiometer Brochure
