Description

This is the tool for measuring UV intensity and energy during curing. It reads both peak UV in watts per square centimeter and total UV dosage in joules per square centimeter. It's made for curing inks, adhesives, solder masks, and epoxies. Not meant for web press setups. Each unit is single-channel. You choose UVA, UVB, UVC, or UVV when ordering. Comes with a carry case and calibration cert.

You’ll use this to track lamp output, compare curing systems, troubleshoot curing issues, and verify process consistency. The display shows real-time numbers and a curve of irradiance over time. You can store a reference run for quick comparison later. There's a toggle to switch between graph and reference view. Smooth sample modes adjust how often data is collected, with faster settings detecting AC cycling from the power supply. Profiler versions can export data to EIT software but must be ordered that way from the start.

You can order in high, mid, or low power ranges depending on your UV source. High covers 100 to 10,000 mW per square centimeter. Mid covers 10 to 1,000. Low is 1 to 100. The spectral band options are UVA at 320 to 390 nanometers, UVB at 280 to 320, UVC at 250 to 260, and UVV at 395 to 445. All units have cosine spatial response and operate up to 75 degrees Celsius internally. The whole thing runs on two AAA batteries and lasts about 20 hours. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This item is special order and is non-returnable, non-refundable.

All SpotCraft UV orders ship free within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international addresses. Can I return my order?

All sales are final. Because we sell highly specialized equipment, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind. Every order is processed quickly and often built to order, which helps us keep pricing competitive. Please make sure the system fits your application before purchasing. If you’re unsure about compatibility, voltage, wavelength, or lead time, contact us first, we're happy to help.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, and the item itself. Do not use, install, or discard the product or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. All returns must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
